Account Registration – At the time you register for an online account with The Health Trust, including without limitation to participate in The Health Trust’s online grant proposal process, we request that you provide us your name, organization name, email address, organization mailing address and phone number.
Contacting Us – The Site permits you to contact us via email. Whenever you send an email via an email link on the Site, you will be providing us with your email address and any additional information you choose to include in the text of your message. For example, you may choose to provide your name, mailing address, phone number or other information necessary or helpful for us to address your query or request or other issues raised.

Sharing Information. We do not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to third parties without your permission. We share your information only as described herein to provide you with our services.
